Four days remain for qualified residents to vote early by personal appearance in the City of Mount Vernon council and Franklin County Water District director elections.
At press time Tuesday, 21 people had voted early by personal appearance in the local water district Place 4 (Pct. 4) and 88 had voted early in person in the city election.
