A crowd of approximately 500 attended the National Day of Prayer luncheon at the Recreational Outreach Center at the First Baptist Church on Thursday, May 5 in Mount Vernon.
The FBC Men’s Quartet performed, Dr. Tommy Nelson, center, provided the message, and those gathered took time to pray for national, state, and local leaders.
