Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

A copy of the Environmental Impact Statement for the Keystone XL Project released April 22 is now available for review at the Franklin County Library. The study for the developer, TransCanada Keystone Pipeline, LLP, was required as an “Applicant for Presidential Permit” to operate and cross the United States with the pipeline.
