With the deadline fast approaching, only three completed applications have been received for Franklin County’s HOME program. The county has been awarded up to $375,000 to use for the replacement of substandard housing.
Anyone who feels they qualify, should complete a form and return it to the office of Franklin County Judge Jerry Hubbell no later than March 15. See the March 5 edition of the Optic-Herald for more information.
