Elaine Pryor McFeely assumed duties as the executive director of the Franklin County Historical Association on Tuesday, May 24. She will operate the Franklin County Historical Museum from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Friday as well as take on duties at special events, meetings, and extra events.
