Sgt. Kyle Barton of the Haltom City Police Department displays a sex offender location map. Paul Carter Bramlett, former Winnsboro ISD Director of Bands, Mr. Bramlett has been living within 1,000 feet of a park where children are known to gather in that city. This violates a part of his 10 year probation requirements set April 1. He was judged guilty and his probation revoked on two child sex offenses Friday, June 3.
