The City of Mount Vernon  has set the dates for its third quarter clean-up for Saturday, July 9, and Monday through Saturday, July 11 through 16. City of Mount Vernon residents may bring solid waste to a collection bin for disposal at no charge from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the clean-up days.
