Sandra Ramirez was recently promoted to Sergeant/Jailer at the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.
Mrs. Ramirez began work as a part-time jailer at the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office on Feb. 8, 2007. After one day as a part-time employee, she became a full-time jailer on Feb. 9, 2007. See the March 12 edition of the Optic-Herald for more information.
