The second and final hearing for the proposed annexation of a little over three acres of land is set for 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 26 at the City Hall. The land to be annexed is the site of the Mi Casita restaurant on the I-30 S. Service Road at the 146 east bound exit. The site was removed from the March 2011 annexation hearings and zoning action. The removal from the earlier action was made after it was determined that the notices failed to list both parcels of  property on which the restaurant is located.
