Commissioners authorized  the county to proceed with steps to establish a Franklin County Bail Bond Board. Based on the experience of other counties, the process of creating a bond board should require about six months to complete, according to Franklin County Sheriff Paul Fletcher.See the March 12 edition of the Optic-Herald for more information.
