Brad Brooks continues his drive during a disc golf preview weekend earlier this year. The Selah Ranch Disc Golf courses will celebrate a grand opening with a national tournament this weekend. The ranch will be the site of an invitational two-day National Teams Tournament, Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 1 and 2, and a singles, doubles and open play tournament three-day weekend Oct. 8-10. “We are excited about the birth of the sport here in Franklin County,” said Candy Hickerson, co-owner. “Especially since it is a sport for all ages and all levels of skill.
