Milk Income Loss Contract, MILC, program participants are reminded that they can change the month of commercially marketed production for which the Commodity Credit Corporation, CCC, will begin issuing payments to their dairy operation with the Titus-Camp-Franklin-Morris County USDA Farm Service Agency.
