Franklin County Commissioners chose the lower cost bid from Conway Company, CPAs of Greenville, to conduct the required outside annual audits at a cost of about $45,500 over a three year period with required add-ons. The contract price is about $55,000 lower than the next closest proposal of almost $100,000 from Teal - Brown CPAs of Waco.
