Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

Tom Ramsay is the newly elected chairman of the State Ethics Commission. He was chosen by his fellow committee members. His one year tenure begins this week and will extend through mid-January 2013. Mr. Ramsay, who served as a State Representative for 12 years, was appointed to the Ethics Commission in 2010. The eight Commissioners serve a four-year term.
