Four students at Mount Vernon ISD were Caught Being Good in September. Each week students at the elementary and intermediate school are chosen as students who portray good character, morals and citizenship.
At the end of each month, a drawing is conducted to chose two children from each campus who receive a free lunch and free merchandise from a local restaurant and retail store. The students Caught Being Good for September as shown are: front row, left to right, Antonio Macias, Braden Bolin; back row, Shalynn Sumrow and Chris Garza.
