Election day in the Republican and Democrat party’s Runoff Primary elections is Tuesday, July 31 for 2012. Early voting ends Friday, July 27. The south lobby of the Franklin County Law Enforcement Center is the location for both early and election day voting in the Runoff Primary elections. The center is located at 208 Hwy. 37 S. in Mount Vernon. The polling location is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the early voting period and from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for  election day voting.
