Bob McFarland, Executive Director for the Franklin County Industrial Foundation, delivers a $5,000 check to Tim Wilson for the Small Business Development Center. The check is the second half of funding provided by the FCIF to establish a part time presence in town for free one on one counseling to start new and grow existing businesses. The SBDC will be sponsoring several workshops in August.
