Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

The Franklin County Appraisal District released the certified tax rolls to local taxing entities last week.
Both the Franklin County Commissioners Court and Mount Vernon ISD are conducting budget workshops to crunch numbers for their upcoming fiscal years. The appraised values for properties in the county were set at $1,117,649,300.
