Edd Hess, the Executive Director of Titus County’s only non-profit hospice, accepts a plaque from board president Virgil Jones while celebrating his 20th anniversary as the agency’s longest serving chief executive. “We’ve come a long way since I joined CBH in June of 1992, and we have helped a lot of families through some of the most difficult times in their lives”, acknowledges Mr. Hess.
