Changes in regulations governing the size of boathouses, outdoor kitchen facilities in boathouses, and storage of permitted work barges at Lake Cypress Springs are being considered by the district. Adoption of changes in these matters is expected at the monthly meeting of the Franklin County Water District Board of Directors Tuesday, Aug. 21.
