According to the Franklin County Tax Assessor’s office, more than $375,000 is owed in delinquent taxes, and that is only the top 10 tax debtors. The entity owing the most is the Pine Valley Property Owners Association. The bill for properties for which they are listed as the owner is a whopping $244,726.
