The Franklin County Commissioners Court will conduct a special meeting to adopt the 2012 tax rate and the final 2013 Budget. The meeting is set for  9 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 20 at City Hall in downtown. The county is proposing a $.47 per $100 of property value tax rate.
