KSA Engineers were authorized to proceed with preparation of an overdue Emergency Action Plan for the City of Mount Vernon’s dam on City Lake. The Mount Vernon City Council approved the contract, pending negotiations with the company with City Administrator Eddie Turner to possibly reduce the cost of the project further.
