Franklin County Judge Paul Lovier issued an order lifting the county’s ban on outdoor burning Monday, Oct. 1. The county ban was put into effect in an emergency meeting of the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court last week on Monday, Sept. 24. A total of 1.52 inches of rain fell in Franklin County over the weekend.
