In-person early voting for the November General Election begins Monday, Oct. 22 and continues through Friday, Nov. 2. The in-person early voting polling location will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. It is in the south lobby of the Franklin County Law Enforcement Center. The center is on the west side of Hwy. 37 just south of the railroad trestle.
