The new 200,000 gallon elliptical water tower is now in place at the Cypress Springs Special Utility District’s (CS-SUD) No. 1 (North) treatment plant off FM 900, between Hwy. 37 and FM 115. The district’s crews are preparing to lay around 600 feet of 12 inch pipe from the plant to the water tower at a cost of $20,000.
