Construction has begun on three homes qualified under the Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME). Those whose houses qualified for the program include Berlton Fountain at 805 Miller St., Fay Ellis at 803 Miller St., and Stella Chandler at 931 Dunlap St. The total cost per unit, including demolition and supervision, is between $72,000-$73,000.
