One construction project  is near completion, two are complete and two more have been placed on hold until 2013 by the Cypress Springs Special Utility District. Together, the three 2012 projects represent an infrastructure investment of  more than $.6 million by the utility district, according to the district’s general manager Richard Zachary.  For more details about the projects, see the Dec. 20 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald.
