Newly elected Franklin County Sheriff Ricky Jones was sworn into office by Judge Lanny RamsayNewly elected Franklin County Sheriff Ricky Jones was sworn into office by Judge Lanny Ramsay on Tuesday, Jan. 1. Sheleace Gann Jones held a Bible for the ceremony in the Franklin County Courthouse West Annex. Approximately 20 law enforcement officers attended the ceremony to show their support for Sheriff Jones.
