Sue Ann Harper was sworn into the office of Franklin County Tax Assessor-Collector on Tuesday, Jan. 1 by Judge Lanny Ramsay. Her husband, Jimmy, held a Bible for her during the occassion. Mrs. Harper was unopposed in her re-election bid for the office.
