Newly elected Eighth District Judge Eddie Northcutt was sworn into office during ceremonies at the Hopkins County Courthouse on Tuesday, Jan. 1. Retiring Judge Robert Newsome did the honors while Karen Northcutt held a Bible for the occassion.
