Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

A fatal shooting occurred in southern Franklin County on Saturday, Jan. 19. Juvenal Gonzales, age 37 of Mount Pleasant was shot at a residence in the 1000 block of  FM 3357 just before noon on Saturday. Clint Weldon Wilson, age 31 of Sulphur Springs, was arrested and charged with murder in connection with the case. See the rest of the story in the Jan. 24 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald.
