Franklin County Tax Assessor / Collector Sue Ann Harper wants to make sure county residents know one week remains to pay their property taxes without additional penalties. The deadline is Thursday Jan. 31, and Mrs. Harper’s office is preparing for a rush over the next few days as people who have put off paying come in before the deadline.
