A town hall meeting is planned to discuss the proposed replacement of water lines along selected streets. The meeting will be at 6 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4 at the Mount Vernon City Hall, on the west side of the downtown square.The streets where the lines are to be replaced include Cotton Belt, Church, Mack, Parchman, Dunlap, Tolbert and Live Oak streets.
