Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

Stan Lowry met with members of the Mount Vernon City Council as they considered him for appointment as city attorney. Kerry Wooten has held the position for about 10 years. Mr. Lowry is an attorney and co-founder with the firm of  Boyle and Lowry. The firm specializes in representing cities and some other governmental entities.
