Brad Sears said he will not seek re-election to the Mount Vernon Independent School District’s Board of Trustees. “I’ve accomplished my major goals since being elected to the board,” Mr. Sears stated. Incumbent Richard Carr is the only person to file thus far for the three seats open on the MVISD Board.
