Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

Fourteen people from Mount Vernon and Franklin County traveled to Austin for two days of lobbying for local concerns and to receive legislative updates. The excursion, called Mount Vernon/Franklin County Days in Austin, was conducted on Tuesday evening and Wednesday, Feb. 5 and 6.
