Tina R. Phillips, a certified public accountant, assumed duties as the Franklin County Auditor Tuesday, Feb. 19. She was appointed to the position by local district judges Eddie Northcutt of the Eighth Judicial District Court and Will Baird of the 62nd Judicial District Court.
