Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

All Mount Vernon and Franklin County citizens are invited to attend a reception at the Mount Vernon City Hall from 2-4 p.m. Friday, March 8. The reception will serve a dual purpose, to thank Eddie Turner for his service and welcome newly hired city administrator Tony Stonecypher.
