The position for names on the City of Mount Vernon’s election ballot in the May 11 elections was set in a drawing at City Hall last Friday. In preparation for the three part election, council members appointed Amanda Lopez as presiding judge and Sue Bolin as alternate presiding judge for both the special and general election.
