Kelsey and Cristy Whitlock were valedictorian and salutatorian, respectively for the class of 113 students at Mount Vernon High School for 2009. K. Whitlock had weighted grade point average of 4.89344. C. Whitlock’s grade point average was 4.89016. The Mount Vernon High School graduating class will be honored in open air ceremonies at Tiger Stadium beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 30.
