Cecily Dyann Hooper of Mount Vernon was listed on the President’s Honor Roll List at Oklahoma State University for the Spring 2009 semester. She is a 2008 Mount Vernon High School graduate and the daughter of Wesley and Dayna Hooper.  See the June 4 edition of the Optic-Herald for more details.
