Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

A representative from the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) will be at the Mount Vernon school campus to conduct community meetings to help in finding a superintendent. A series of meetings are schduled on Tuesday, Aug. 18 in the board room of the school’s administration building. The meetings are scheduled for 11:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 4:30 p.m. Each are set to last approximately 45 minutes. See the August 13 edition of the Optic-Herald for more information.
