Kristen Michelle Moseley was one of 741 candidates for graduation honored at the University of Texas at Tyler during commencement ceremonies Dec. 18-19. Miss Moseley received a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She is a 2005 graduate of Mount Vernon High School and is the daughter of Joseph and Billie Jean Moseley of Franklin County.
