Colton Wylie,  Marcus Hollingsworth, and Bailey Bohlken claimed the top three places in the 13th annual Civil War Journal writing contest. The awards were presented at a dinner Monday, April 12 at the Old Church Inn with members of the Franklin County Historical Association’s Board of Directors and Officers as hosts.
