Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

Members of the Saltillo FFA Agricultural Mechanics team, Colton Smith, Dillon Hamilton, Brett Smith, and T. J. Momom, will compete at the state level after placing first in the area VI judging contest, Wednesday April  14. The event was at Texas A&M Commerce. The theme for the contest this year is forage production systems. The event has three parts, a 100 question written exam, three skills, and a team problem solving activity.  For more information, see the April 29 edition of the Optic-Herald.
