The “Breakfast for Champions” program will be in its eighth year at Mount Vernon ISD this year and is expanding to offer free breakfasts to children at the intermediate school.
Free breakfasts will be served to students in grades pre-kindergarten through sixth grade in their respective cafeterias. Breakfasts will not be served in the students’ classrooms this year.
