Six Mount Vernon ISD Band students recently attended a clinic and performed a concert as members of the Association of Texas Small School Bands All-Region Band.
The students participating in the clinic/concert were as follows: Eric Contreras, eighth grade, trombone; Sadie Bostick, twelfth grade, French horn; Daniel Contreras, twelfth grade, tuba; Haley Golden, ninth grade, clarinet; Carlos Herrera, twelfth grade, timpani; and Shelby Zinn, twelfth grade, clarinet.
