Four Mount Vernon High School Tiger Band students, Sadie Bostick, Shelby Zinn, Carlos Herrera, and Daniel
Contreras, were selected as members of the Four States Bandmasters Association Honor Band and were chosen to participate in the three-day clinic and concert on Jan. 15 through Jan. 17 in Texarkana.   For more information, see the Feb. 5 edition of the Optic-Herald.
