Each campus at Mount Vernon ISD has different activities planned to highlight drug awareness during Red Ribbon Week Oct. 25-29. Included in the week’s activities are dress up days, coloring and poster contests, and a door decorating contest at the junior high and the high school. All students at Mount Vernon ISD were issued red ribbons to wear during the week and prizes will be awarded for students having worn their ribbon everyday.
